Roger Francisco Noriega
| Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs State Department In July, the Senate unanimously confirmed Mr. Noriega for the job of managing U.S. foreign policy and promoting U.S. interests throughout the Americas. Previously, he served as U.S. Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States. Mr. Noriega also served as staff member for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. He is an ex-officio board member of the Pan American Development Foundation. |
