Recently Mr. Macias was appointed as the only West Coast representative to the 15-member American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Auditing Standards Board. He is on the AICPA Group of 100, which recognizes the top 100 CPAs in the nation. In 2001 Mr. Macias was recognized as one of five outstanding California Hispanic leaders during the California Center for Teaching Careers Hispanic Heritage Month campaign titled “Inspire a Future Leader: Teach.” |
