Mr. Esparza chairs the New America Alliance, an organization of Hispanic leaders that promotes economic advancement of Hispanics. As a film producer, he has worked with such stars as Jennifer Lopez, Jimmy Smits, Martin Sheen, and Halle Berry to create films including Selena, Gettysburg, The Ballad of Gregorio Cortez, and The Milagro Beanfield War. The honors he was won number in the hundreds and include an Emmy Award and an Academy Award nomination.
