Before taking on his current role at VCP, Mr. Castro served as CEO, CIO, and founding partner of Los Angeles–based CIC/HCM Asset Management. Earlier, he worked for Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. Mr. Castro currently serves on the boards of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and the New America Alliance. |
