Jose Abreu
| Secretary Florida Department of Transportation Mr. Abreu took over as Florida’s secretary of transportation in March 2003 after eight years of service in senior positions within the FDOT. He is a licensed professional engineer and a certified engineer contractor, and he serves on the Industrial Advisory Board of the University of Miami College of Engineering and the board of the Cuban American Civil Engineers Association. |
