He founded the Latin Business Association Institute to provide technical assistance, education, and business development opportunities to LBA members. Mr. Barreto’s company, Barreto Insurance & Financial Services, generates more than $3 million in annual revenues. He sits on the boards of the East Los Angeles YMCA and the Central East Chapter of the American Red Cross. |
