Reserve Forces Policy Board
The RFPB advises the Secretary of Defense on matters relating to reserve military operations. Mr. Zapanta is CEO of the United States–Mexico Chamber of Commerce, a Washington, D.C.–based nonprofit corporation that promotes trade and investment between the two nations. He served as assistant secretary at the Interior Department during the Reagan administration.
