Gaddi H. Vasquez
| Director Peace Corps Mr. Vasquez is the first Hispanic director of the Peace Corps. He came to the agency from Southern California Edison, where he handled public affairs. Previously, he worked for California governors George Deukmejian, Pete Wilson, and Gray Davis. The former policeman also founded the Orange County Hispanic Education Fund, which has raised more than $1 million for scholarships. |
