| Chairman, Foreign Claims Settlement Commission Justice Department The FCSC is an independent agency that settles claims of U.S. nationals against foreign governments. Before taking the reins of the commission, Mr. Tamargo was staff director for the International Operations and Human Rights Subcommittee of the House International Relations Committee. He also served as chief of staff to Florida Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen. |
