Otto Reich
| Assistant Secretary for Western Hemisphere Affairs Department of State Mr. Reich assumed his post in January. From 1989 to 2001, he was an attorney advising multinational clients on market access and government relations. From 1986 to 1989, he was U.S. ambassador to Venezuela. He also served as adviser to Secretary of State George Shultz (1983–1986) and established the Office of Public Diplomacy for Latin America and the Caribbean. |
