Council of Federal EEO & Civil Rights Executives
This year Mr. Ponce helped write the National Association of Hispanic Federal Employees’ report on progress in federal agencies toward increasing the number of Hispanics in management. He will serve as program officer for NAHFE’s new database of Hispanic applicants for federal recruiters. Mr. Ponce works as chief of the Policy & Evaluation Division in the Office of Civil Rights at the Commerce Department.
