| Senior Counsel, Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Justice Department Ms. Herrera leads a team of prosecutors who specialize in investigating and prosecuting perpetrators of denial-of-service attacks, viruses, cyber-terrorism, cyber-extortion, and other cyber-crimes. She is extensively involved in the government’s initiatives on electronic evidence gathering and infrastructure protection. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Ms. Herrera has lectured and published extensively on cyber-crime and network security issues. |
