Lou Gallegos
| Lou Gallegos Assistant Secretary for Administration Agriculture Department Mr. Gallegos is an expert on this year’s controversial Farm Security and Rural Investment Act. He is also an advocate for Hispanic farmers (see "A Tough Row to Hoe" in this issue). He has served as chief of staff to both the governor of New Mexico and Senator Pete Domenici, and as assistant secretary at the Interior Department. |
