Jose A. Fourquet
| Executive Director Inter-American Development Bank Mr. Fourquet supervises investment for the social and economic development of Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, he worked for Goldman Sachs as vice-president of the emerging debt market sales. He was an operations officer with the Central Intelligence Agency from 1988 to 1994 and was a member of the Secret Service from 1997 to 1998. |
