Mr. Barreto directs business development programs to the nationís entrepreneurs. With a portfolio of business and disaster loans worth more than $45 billion, the SBA is the countryís biggest financier for small business. Before becoming SBA Administrator, Mr. Barreto owned an insurance agency and served as vice-chair of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
