Vice-President IBM Ms. Villar is in charge of IBM’s internal e-business transformation initiatives. She plans and negotiates IBM’s strategic alliances in e-commerce and oversees technical development. Previously, Ms. Villar was director of IBM Worldwide Voice Systems Development and Technical Services, where her team developed voice-recognition software. She co-chairs the computer giant’s Executive Committee and Multicultural Women’s Symposium. |
