James Padilla

Group Vice-President, Global Manufacturing Ford Motor Co. Mr. Padilla was named the 2000 Engineer of the Year, the highest award given at the Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Conference. This year he received Outstanding Detroit Professional of the Year honors from the National Society of Hispanic MBAs. At Ford, he is responsible for vehicle production at more than 110 plants in 25 countries. Recently, Mr. Padilla was elected to the National Academy of Engineering. |
