Previously, he was general manager at StarMedia Mobile, where he led the division to become an essential asset enabling StarMedia to capitalize on growth of the wireless Internet market in Latin America. Earlier, Mr. Narciso founded PageCell International Holdings, which was bought by StarMedia in 1999. |
