U.S. District Judge Los Angeles Last summer, California Governor Gray Davis nominated Mr. Moreno to fill a vacant position on the California Supreme Court. Mr. Moreno was appointed to the Los Angeles Municipal Court by former Governor George Deukmejian and was elevated to the Superior Court by former Governor Pete Wilson. In 1998, former President Bill Clinton appointed him to the U.S. District Court. |
