Mr. Morales plays Lt. Tony Rodriguez on the hit TV show NYPD Blue. In 2000, he appeared in Showtime’s Resurrection Blvd., the first TV drama written, produced, directed, and acted by Hispanics. He was a founding board member of Earth Communications Office (ECO), a nonprofit organization with an environmental focus. With Jimmy Smits, Sonia Braga, and Felix Sanchez, he cofounded the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts in 1997.
