General Counsel Department of the Navy Mr. Mora is President George W. Bush’s nominee for the position of general counsel for the Department of the Navy. An experienced foreign-service officer at the State Department, he also served as general counsel at the U.S. Information Agency in the administration of Mr. Bush’s father. At the USIA, he received the Distinguished Honor Award, the agency’s highest recognition. |
