| Composer, Music Director Ms. Leon has carved out an international reputation in contemporary music as a composer, conductor, and music director. In 2000, SoulPurpose.com, a weekly online trade magazine, named her one of the "Next 40 Urban Architects of Today’s Pop Culture." She has held the Fromm Residency at the American Academy in Rome, and she won a MacArthur Foundation grant and a Rockefeller Foundation residency in Bellagio, Italy. |
