The Senate recently confirmed Ms. Dominguez as head of the EEOC. Previously, she was a principal at Dominguez and Associates, a Maryland-based consulting firm that assists clients with work-force issues. Ms. Dominguez has held senior positions at two international executive search firms, Heidrick & Struggles and SpencerStuart. In an earlier position at the Labor Department, she launched the Glass Ceiling Initiative to identify racial and gender-based barriers in the workplace.
