Treasurer Conoco Inc. Houston, TX Mr. Espinosa has engineered a $4.4 billion initial public offering and a $4 billion bond issue. He participated in one of the biggest joint ventures of the past decade by bringing together Conoco and Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) to pool $2.45 billion for oil production. He tracks Conoco’s $20.8 billion in annual revenues. Mr. Espinosa also chairs the City of Houston Public Library Board, and he serves as an advisor to the University of Texas at Austin graduate business school. |
