Every single company listed on the Top Franchises for Hispanics has made a valiant and noble effort and commitment to recruit and employ Hispanic and minority franchises over the past few years. The commitment they have made is based on economic need, not philanthropy. There are many Hispanic communities and other minority communities taking shape all over North America. Many of these communities are still untouched by Franchises. It only makes sense that these communities will support the franchises of minorities and Hispanics than they will the large and ethnically similar conglomerates. The buying power that is at stake here is enormous and should not go unnoticed.

As part of a targeted new website and recruitment program for military veterans, the World Franchising Network has selected Service Brands International, parent company for Molly Maid, Mr. Handyman, ProTect Painters and 1-800-DryClean as part of the first annual list of "50 Top Franchises for Veterans."
