Micron Technology Assigned Patent for Integrated Circuit Structures

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 5 -- Micron Technology, Boise, Idaho, has been assigned a patent (8,816,489) developed by two co-inventors for "integrated circuit structures, semiconductor structures, and semiconductor die." The co-inventors are Krishna K. Parat, Palo Alto, California, and Gurtej S. Sandhu, Boise, Idaho.
