Diebold Self-Service Systems Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 4 -- Diebold Self-Service Systems, North Canton, Ohio, has been assigned a patent (8,820,636) developed by five co-inventors for an "automated banking machine operated responsive to data bearing records with improved resistance to fraud." The co-inventors are Randall Jenkins, Orrville, Ohio, Songtao Ma, Wadsworth, Ohio, Natarajan Ramachandran, Uniontown, Ohio, Jeffery M. Enright, Akron, Ohio, and Dale H. Blackson, Canton, Ohio.
