Amazon Technologies Assigned Patent for Physical Storage Device Pre-Fetching Data

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 5 -- Amazon Technologies, Reno, Nevada, has been assigned a patent (8,819,390) developed by four co-inventors for "for use in pre-fetching data from physical storage device." The co-inventors are Bradley Eugene Marshall, Bainbridge Island, Washington, Tate Andrew Certain, Seattle, Nicholas J. Maniscalco, Seattle, and Swaminathan Sivasubramanian, Seattle.
