Euro Rises After German Factory Orders Data

BRUSSELS (Alliance News) - After the release of German factory orders data for July at 2:00 am ET Thursday, the euro rose against the other major currencies.

The euro was trading at 1.3149 against the greenback, 137.92 against the yen, 1.2070 against the franc and 0.7989 against the pound around 2:06 am ET.
