This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See restrictions below for brand name only, brand name justification is attached. The solicitation number is AG-3144-S-14-JT03 and shall be referenced on all quotes and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $35.5M. The Government has determined through market research that there are no small businesses that can meet this requirement and is not setting aside this requirement for small business concerns. However, any small businesses that believe they can meet this requirement should contact the named CO via email at to express their interest and ability to meet the requirement. Government reserves the right to reinstate a small-business set-aside based on any new information received. Interested parties are required to submit quotes by the closing date and time identified within this posting. The Government plans to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract. Quotes will be evaluated and award issued to the vendor that meets the brand name requirement and provides the best value to the Government based on evaluation factor(s) of: price. The following brand name only items are being sought: Men and Mice Gold Service Level Software Subscription and Technical Support, covering DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management Modules. Subscription Support POP: 1 year beginning 10/1/14.
