Galaxy Securities Re-launched A-share IPO

BEIJING, September 1, SinoCast -- Galaxy Securities officially re-launched an A-share IPO more than one year later, according to China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The broker will issue not more than 1.694 billion shares via this IPO if fully exercising the over-allotment option and not more than 1.473 billion shares if not exercising the over-allotment option. The raised capital will reach CNY 7.6 billion at most.

It will become another Chinese securities firm listing in the A-share and H-share market following CITIC Securities and Shenyin Wanguo after successfully listing in the A-share market this time.

All the raised capital will be used to add principal and supplement working capital.
