US Dollar Declines Against Majors

BRUSSELS (Alliance News) - The US dollar slipped against its major counterparts ahead of European deals on Friday.

The greenback declined to a 4-day low of 0.9046 against the franc, while falling to 101.50 versus the yen, its weakest since July 24.

The greenback hit a 3-day low of 1.3407 against the euro, compared to yesterday's closing quote of 1.3361.

The greenback eased back to 1.6828 against the Sterling, reversing from an early near 2-month high of 1.6801.

The greenback may challenge support around 101.00 against the yen, 0.90 against the franc, 1.35 against the euro and 1.69 against the pound.
