Beach Community announces staffing changes

Aug. 08--FORT WALTON BEACH -- Beach Community Bank has announced a number of staffing additions and promotions.

Bob Massey has been promoted to senior vice president.

Massey continues to provide Beach Community Bank customers with exceptional lending support and banking expertise demonstrated throughout a 40 year career in banking and bank regulation in the central and south Florida area.

Kelly Fish has been promoted to the bank's senior vice president.

Fish has worked in the financial service industry most of his life. He has demonstrated success in building client relationships, growing commercial loans and deposit business relationships within the market and exceeding expectations across a wide range of responsibilities, said Tony Hughes, president and CEO of Beach Community Bank.

"Bob and Kelly have done an outstanding job in working with our customers and finding unique and creative ways to fund their business expansion and growth needs," Hughes said. "Their promotions are very well deserved."

Lisa Branson has been promoted to banking officer in recognition of her new responsibilities in deposit operations. Branson is one of the bank's original employees from when it first opened in 2001.

She has more than 26 years of banking knowledge serving customers in Okaloosa County.

"I am especially proud of Lisa as she is one of our original employees," Hughes said. "It is a great credit to her job performance and work ethic that

she has earned officer status with us."

Rick Turcotte has joined Beach Community Bank as assistant vice president and facilities manager.

Turcotte brings extensive experience in leadership and facility management to his new position. He comes to Beach Community Bank after serving 30 years as a senior enlisted leader in the Air Force. He has a diverse background serving in multiple roles at the command level as well as assignments abroad to Germany, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan and Bahrain.

"As a retired Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant, Rick brings us a wealth of experience and expertise gained from his amazing military career," Hughes said.

Tommy Files has joined Beach Community Bank as a commercial lender.

Files was elected vice president and will join the bank at their Garden Street Office in Pensacola. He has more than 28 years of experience in his banking career, mostly in community banks.

"Tommy is a career community banker and brings to us a skill set perfectly aligned with our commitment to outstanding customer service that conveys what we can do for our customers, not what we can't do."
