Artifacts, Stories Sought From Hispanic Veterans

Aug. 08--STOCKTON -- The Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery is looking for Latino veterans willing to share the things they carried, photos or other artifacts from their time in service for a planned November event.

The center also is asking the Latino community to submit names of veterans they would like to see recognized during the center's Honoring our Heroes event. There will be an exhibit from Nov. 7 to Nov. 28 and a reception Nov. 14, where the veterans will be honored.
