Sensor Electronic Technology Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 7 -- Sensor Electronic Technology, Columbia, South Carolina, has been assigned a patent (8,791,450) developed by three co-inventors for a "[d]eep ultraviolet light emitting diode." The co-inventors are Michael Shur, Latham, New York, Remigijus Gaska, Columbia, South Carolina, and Jinwei Yang, Columbia, South Carolina.
