The OFAH runs two lending programs: TackleShare, which loans gear from over 140 loaner sites across Ontario, and Travelling TackleShare, which brings fishing gear to a variety of events in different locations during the summer. Both programs are designed to break down the barriers that keep new and young anglers from getting out on the water, and to help youth experience the fun and challenge of fishing.
OPG is an Ontario-based electricity company and proud sponsor of the OFAH/OPG TackleShare and OFAH/OPG Travelling TackleShare programs. Water at any of OPG's 65 hydroelectric stations can become dangerous in seconds. Remember to stay clear and stay safe of hydro dams and stations.
