Dover Increases Dividend By 7%

DOVER INCREASES DIVIDEND BY 7% Downers Grove, IL, August 7, 2014 - The Board of Directors of Dover (NYSE: DOV) today increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.40 (forty cents) per share, from the previous $0.375 (thirty-seven and one-half cents) per share, an increase of $0.025 (two and one-half cents) or 7%. This is the 59(th) consecutive year in which the Company has increased its annual cash dividend. With this increase, Dover has the fourth longest record of consecutive annual dividend increases of all listed companies, as reported by Mergent's Dividend Achievers.
