International Rectifier Assigned Patent for III-nitride Semiconductor Device

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 5 -- International Rectifier, El Segundo, California, has been assigned a patent (8,791,503) developed by Michael A. Briere, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for a "III-nitride semiconductor device with reduced electric field between gate and drain and process for its manufacture."
