Franc Mixed Ahead Of Swiss SECO Consumer Confidence Index

BRUSSELS (Alliance News) - Switzerland's State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, or SECO, is scheduled to release its consumer confidence index for July at 1:45 am ET Thursday. The consumer confidence index is expected to rise to 3 in May from 1 in April.

Ahead of the data, the Swiss franc showed mixed trading against its major rivals. While the Swiss franc fell against the US dollar and the Euro, it rose against the Yen. Against the Pound, the Franc held steady.

As of 1:40 am ET, the Swiss franc was trading at 1.2150 against the Euro, 1.5293 against the Pound, 0.9077 against the US dollar and 112.80 against the Yen.
