Fannie Mae Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- The U.S. Federal National Mortgage Association has been assigned a patent (8,799,127) developed by five co-inventors for a "loan payoff calculator system and method." The co-inventors are Theodore T. Blair, Herndon, Virginia, Tracy W. Dunsdon, Ellicott City, Maryland, Douglas G. Higgs, Bowie, Maryland, Rajaram Prasannan, Sterling, Virginia, and Craig M. Rivers, Mitchellville, Maryland.
