DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Scapa Chairman Buys 10,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Scapa Group PLC Wednesday said Chairman James Wallace bought 10,000 shares at a price of 128.62 pence per share Tuesday.


Following this transaction, Wallace holds 850,000 shares, which represents 0.58% stake in the firm.


Shares in the adhesive maker were up 1.6% at 130.00p Wednesday morning.
