UBS Futures Settles Down in Shanghai

SHANGHAI, August 5, SinoCast -- UBS Futures 95.42% held by UBS Securities recently set up in Shanghai with registered capital of CNY 120 million. Application for UBS Securities to purchase majority stake in Shanghai Pumin Futures Brokerage has been approved by government regulators. Thus, UBS Futures will start futures brokerage service for bulk commodities. Next, it will extend reach to financial futures brokerage service.

UBS Securities is the first Chinese broker with full licenses held by foreign companies.
