RLJ Lodging Trust Increase its Third Quarter Dividend 36%

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RLJ Lodging Trust (the “Company”) (NYSE: RLJ) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per common share of beneficial interest. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2014, to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2014.

Baltimore, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer. “Our third quarter dividend increase of 36% is supported by strong cash flow from our operations and the addition of quality assets in high-growth markets.”

The Company’s third quarter dividend represents an increase of $0.08, or 36% to the prior quarter’s regular cash dividend. Based on the Company’s common stock closing price of $28.04 on August 5, 2014, the annualized dividend represents a 4.3% yield.
