SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of NEBRASKA (FEMA-4185-DR), dated 07/28/2014.

Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds, and Flooding.

Incident Period: 06/01/2014 through 06/04/2014.

   DATES: Effective Date: 07/28/2014.

   Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/26/2014.

   Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/28/2015.

   The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Primary Counties: Burt, Butler, Cass, Hamilton, Holt, Nemaha, Pawnee, Polk, Rock, Thurston, Valley, Washington.
