Release date- 01082014 - Montreal, Quebec - As a result of the exercise of options, the total number of shares and votes in the Corporation has changed during July 2014 as follows.

The number of shares has increased by 55,000 common shares, and the total number of shares in the Corporation as of July 31, 2014 amounts to 276,747,935 common shares. The total number of votes in the Corporation has increased by 55,000 and amounts to 276,747,935. The Corporation's share capital as of July 31, 2014 amounts to approximately SEK 8,505,593,469.
