Major power breakdown hit parts of Karachi

Electricity supply to most parts of Karachi, including Landhi, Korangi and Sultanabad, was suspended on early Friday after a technical fault.

According to Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) spokesman, power supply to 12 out of 64 grid stations in the city was suspended.

The spokesman further said that teams had been dispatched for a repair work.
