AIG Declares Common Stock Dividend of $0.125 Per Share

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American International Group, Inc. (NYSE:AIG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.125 per share on AIG common stock, par value $2.50 per share. The dividend is payable on September 25, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 11, 2014.
