-- 2 p.m.: Enrique Garcia, president of CAF; Jose Miguel Insulza, secretary general of the Organization of American States; and Michael Shifter, IAD president, deliver introductory remarks

-- 2:15 p.m.: Former Mexican President Felipe Calderon delivers keynote remarks

-- 3:30 p.m.: Augusto de la Torre, chief economist for Latin America and the Caribbean at the World Bank, participates in a panel discussion on "Cuba at the Crossroads: What to Expect?"

-- 5 p.m.: Panel discussion on "Elections and political developments in Latin America: Focus on Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay and Venezuela"
