Advanced Micro Devices Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 28 -- Advanced Micro Devices, Sunnyvale, California, has been assigned a patent (8,815,748) developed by four co-inventors for a "method of forming semiconductor device with multiple level patterning." The co-inventors are Thomas Ingolf Wallow, San Carlos, California, Ryoung-han Kim, San Jose, California, Jongwook Kye, Pleasanton, California, and Harry Jay Levinson, Saratoga, California.
