This is NOT a Request for Proposal. No award will be made based on responses received. Respondents shall be responsible for any costs associated with preparing responses to this Request for Information (RFI). This is NOT a developmental effort. Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) has an ongoing requirement for a web-based system capable of alerting up to 2000 users of emergencies via telephone, email, and text message. Reference the attached Statement of Work for further details. This RFI is issued to identify vendors capable of fulfilling the requirement. Companies who desire to participate are highly encouraged to submit a response which supports the company's claim that they possess the technical capabilities to meet the Government's requirement as stated in the SOW. Along with the capabilities statement, please provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) quote and/or a link/copy of a published price listing. In response to this request, interested parties should identify themselves as a large or small business under NAICS code 541519 Other Computer Related Services. The response should include point(s) of contact. The response should be Microsoft or Adobe formatted, limited to no more than ten (10) pages, and with no additional attachments. Submit response to the Contract Specialist, Dominic Milligan at ALL requests for further information must be made via email. Telephone requests for additional information will not be honored. For questions, potential respondents shall email the Contract Specialist at The government will review submissions as they are received. No report or feedback on your submission will be provided. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, 3 SEPTEMBER, 2014 AT 10:00 AM EST. However, the government reserves the right to close this Sources Sought notice once they have received adequate responses.
